インドネシア・フィリピン・ベトナムから、これまでに3,100人の候補者の方々が入国してきました。
今年の介護福祉士の国家試験では合格率は45％。
試験問題の漢字にふりがなを振るなど改善されたため、これまでで合格率は最も高くなったものの、依然として専門用語や難しい漢字等が大きな壁となっています。
同時に、介護の現場では、日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力・理解力も必要となります。
